3G/4G Update 13 Jan 2021

Norfolk Telecom's 3G/4G network went live yesterday (12 January, 2021) . The system is currently experiencing some issues, these include:

  • the Self-Care APP is unavailable and is offline.
  • Customer Care are experiencing some intermittent issues with topping up accounts.
  • customers who have 3G compatible phones only, may be experiencing some difficulty in consistent data, this will not affect customers’ ability to make phone calls.

All of these items are being worked at the moment, and we hope to have the issues resolved as soon as possible.
