Can I access the contact details on my phone when 4G goes live?

When you save a person’s contact details in your phone you can choose to save this information to the SIM card in your phone, or to the physical mobile device. If the contacts in your mobile phone are saved to your SIM card, this information will be lost when your new 4G SIM is inserted.

It is strongly recommended that you save all of your contacts details to your phone so that this information is accessible when you insert your 4G SIM.
