How to Connect Your SIM to the 3G/4G Network

Norfolk Telecom's 4G network is scheduled to go live on Tuesday 12 January, 2021.
Once the network is live and, you have collected your new 4G SIM from Customer Care, you can connect to the network in two easy steps.
Step 1. Insert the SIM card into your phone or other mobile device.
Step 2. Once your SIM card is installed, go to the mobile data settings feature on your device and add the Norfolk Telecom Access Point Name (APN) by entering ninet.nf
