For customers not on a PABX system

To Turn Immediate Diversion On

*21* xxxxx - wait for the 3 beeps confirmation tone, then hang up.

To Turn Immediate Diversion Off

#21# - wait for the 3 beeps confirmation tone, then hang up.

To Turn Call Diversion No Answer On

*62* xxxxx - wait for the 3 beeps confirmation tone, then hang up.

 To Turn Call Diversion No Answer Off

#62# - wait for the 3 beeps confirmation tone, then hang up.

To Turn Call Diversion On Busy On

*68* xxxxx - wait for the 3 beeps confirmation tone, then hang up.

To Turn Call Diversion On Busy Off
