Norfolk Telecom offers a range of services, plans, bundles and more. Our friendly Customer Care team can help you choose the best plan and bundle that suits your needs.

Whether you are an existing Norfolk Telecom mobile customer or a new customer, you will need a new SIM to enable you to utilise the 4G/3G network. Existing customers will be able to collect a SIM (free of charge) prior to the go live of the new system; the dates for collection will be advertised in the near future. New customers will not be able to purchase a 4G/3G SIM until after the network has gone live on 12 January 2021. To subscribe to a mobile service please bring with you valid identification and your 4G/3G compatible phone.
